My role started by developing emails, landing pages and in-app assets for the growth and CRM team consisting of 3 people which has grown to a 10+ person internal team during our time together. In those early days I helped them build the necessary processes around design, briefing and feedback, which proved essential for their workflow. This ensured things stayed organized and structured as the team and deliverables grew. As years went by I went from supporting the growth team to also supporting the product marketing team in their initiatives and deliverables for a variety of channels
